His practice covers income tax advisory and planning for individuals, HUFs, partnerships, and corporates, including advice on residential status, sources of income, deductions and exemptions, and structuring of income to optimise tax outcomes within the framework of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
In assessment and appellate proceedings, Tejmohan Singh represents clients in scrutiny assessments before Income Tax Officers and Assessing Officers, and in appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). Gurmohan Singh is the Founder of TGP Advisors. He advises on corporate and business laws, commercial transactions, contracts, and regulatory matters, working across a range of industries including construction and real estate, furniture manufacturing, and technology.

Parampreet Singh is a Chartered Accountant and the firm's Tax & Accounts Advisor. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and advises on direct and indirect taxation, financial compliance, accounts, and audit matters.
His advisory covers income tax compliance, preparation and filing of returns, computation of tax liability, TDS compliance, and advising on documentation and record-keeping requirements under the Income Tax Act. He works closely with the firm's legal practice on transaction matters where tax and financial analysis intersects with legal structuring.
On the GST and indirect tax side, Parampreet Singh advises on compliance, return filing, ITC reconciliation, and annual returns. He assists business clients in managing their periodic GST compliance obligations and in preparing for departmental audits.
He also advises on financial statements, accounting standards, and audit matters, including the preparation of financial statements for companies and LLPs, compliance with applicable accounting standards, and the management of statutory audit processes. He provides integrated financial and tax input on the firm's corporate advisory and transaction work.
